Shipping & Fulfillment

Every order is carefully packed by hand in our studio and sent off with care.

In-stock items usually leave our studio within 1–2 business days using the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Please note: this preparation time is separate from the carrier’s travel time. Delivery estimates begin once your package is on its journey.

Some pieces are created just for you:

Made-to-order items: allow 2–3 business days for crafting before shipment
Large sealing wax orders (50+ sticks): may take up to 1 week to produce

If your order includes a mix of ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will travel together once all pieces are complete.

Once your order begins its journey, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
If your shipment is delivered outside the US, customs clearance is not estimated in the delivery times.
